Many research institutions and universities (over 270) currently subscribe to ARTFL. The standard ARTFL subscription provides access to more than 3,500 French texts ranging from the 12th to 20th centuries in the main ARTFL-FRANTEXT database, as well as several other restricted reference works and text collections. Institutions may also elect to become ARTFL Sustaining Members, joining in the process of collaborative decision making at ARTFL.
